We are looking for a data-driven and versatile marketer to drive customer engagement, increase lifetime value and establish email and our apps as a new sales channels. You will unlock growth opportunities at every stage of the user journey while leveraging state-of-the-art customer data tools and creativity. The right candidate innately understands the power of brand, message and data-driven segmentation across lead generation and communication.
Your mission
  • Oversee the creation, management and optimization of all communications to our active customers – specifically focused on email and app, but leveraging also other channels to improve engagement with our healthcare solutions as well as lifetime value.
  • Implement campaigns to drive lead generation in order to leverage CRM as an active channel to drive sales and increase marketing efficiency.
  • Increase the sophistication of our campaigns through an understanding – and implementation – of industry best practices, segmentation strategy, user journeys and continuous A/B tests.
  • Partner within the marketing team, but also the operations & product teams to drive increased campaign performance.
  • Test, iterate, share results, repeat! Staying organized, keeping partners in the loop and updating on performance of projects is required to be successful.
Your profile
  • 2 years minimum experience in CRM marketing ideally in consumer e-commerce, consumer subscription or mobile gaming.
  • You have hands-on experience with Segment & Customer.io (or similar tools, such as Emarsys, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Crossengage or Bluecore) and you understand message deliverability.
  • You are highly curious about customer behaviour, digital customer retention and data analysis.
  • You work in a structured way and keep your eye on the big picture without losing sight of the details.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
